This far very easy to cook on and as others have said, nothing sticks and clean up is incredibly easy. We beat up our old pans pretty badly and while anything would be an improvement, thee stole me as high quality. Plus, I did look at a lot of reviews and items online and this price stood out for high reviews but not a maximum price. I do get the feeling that kitchen stuff is often sold with lots of hyped-up “special” brands and an aura that informed, expert and wealthy folks use whatever the brand is, but is that a sign of a decent product? And just how amazing of a pan, or spatula, or knife do most of us actually require to scramble some eggs and butter our toast?
