Pure Copper Wine Bottle Weathervane with Roof Mount - Handcrafted Garden Decor for Outdoor Patio, Vineyard & Backyard Decorations

This is the 2nd weathervane that I have purchased from Good Directions. The 1st one I purchased was an Airplane Weathervane, which had a minor defect with the manner in which the arrow was welded. However, it was my good fortune that a guy in Customer Service by the name of Sean got involved and promptly took care of the issue. I was WOWED then, and I'm even more WOWED now because of another concern related to the 2nd weathervane that I have purchased.Anyway, I purchased the Wine Bottle Garden Weathervane as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. She loves it (!), but it lacked the arrow. Again, Sean in Customer Service got involved. He is a model employee, and I wish that all companies had a guy like him working for them. At his request, I shipped the weathervane back to Good Directions, and they are currently addressing the issue with the arrow.You know, I understand that there may be issues at times with different products from different companies at different times. What I really appreciate about Good Directions, though, is that they accept responsibility and they address the issue--without hassling the customer. And, I can't say enough about Sean and his customer-focused attitude. He truly is a GREAT ambassador for Good Directions!Only issue is the wind does not move it. It’s been very windy and it still doesn’t move.We bought this to give as a Housewarming gift and the recipients LOVED it! They are a recently retired couple who moved in to their dream home. They are wine lovers and Italian and so this was a perfect gift...........We chose the garden stake version. Absolutely beautiful!I bought this in May 2018. It did not turn with the wind or with added oil. I sent it back to the company and they added an arrow, similar to other weather vanes. It now turns with the wind. The company was very nice about fixing it. It should be standard that an arrow is added to help turn it. ...I really enjoy looking at it.Pretty but it doesn’t spin right in the wind!Bought this as a gift, was extremely satisfied with the quick delivery and the packing of the product. It needs to be put together, but the material seemed sturdy and looks beautiful. A neighbor has had one on their shed for a few years and it is still beautiful.I ordered this for our 7th anniversary, because traditionally that's "Copper" and my wife and I enjoy wine together. It came really well packed and with good instructions on how to assemble it (took about a minute to do). It's a heavy, quality little piece of brass and copper, and she loves it.
