Not as firm as I liked, but a great deal for a durable mattress!We needed a bed QUICKLY for unexpected company. This seemed to do what we wanted -- a bed's a bed, right?Yeah, no.Sadly, no one who has slept on it wants to do again. It's THAT hard and uncomfortable (despite the mattress topper we added).Bottom line: Don't want repeat visitors? Get this "bed."I bought the mattress for my outdoor bed swing, and for that purpose, it is great. I might hesitate if I were buying for an indoor bed because it doesn’t seem to be a great mattress for everyday use. It is okay depending on your needed use for it. I would use use it in a bunk room or vacation home. I thought the cost was high for the quality.We bought this mattress for our son. He slept on it last night for the first time. It is not as comfortable as a standard mattress but that is to be expected. It is easier to clean down with a wet rag and prevent that horrible smell that was present with a regular mattress. I only knock it down a slight notch as it is a lot thinner then the previous mattress he had and less comfortable. With some sheets and padding it might be a little better. Giving it 5 stars anyway because it is serving as intended.Very uncomfortable and less foam more springI like this mattress because it's durable enough for the wetting of the bed that I can't help. It doesn't soak up the wetness like a cloth mattress does. It doesn't hold the odor either.Wrong dimension, it's 38" not 39"Going to return it.This was purchased for an adolescent with medical/ phisical issues and a bed wetting problem. I also purchased a VERY thick mattress topper that can be easily washed, because the bed is extremely firm. We are happy with the bed and it cleans up perfectly.
