I'm very lazy when it comes to leaving reviews, but in this case, I felt absolutely compelled to. I bought a Nendoroid figure of Link and it arrived perfectly packaged and fast, as usual from Amazon. But here comes the part when Good Smile itself upped my experience: trying to assemble my figure and following the instructions, I accidentally put the wrong parts together and it broke instantly about 5 minutes after I received my product. I was very upset and contacted the company. Mind you that I emailed them late at night and as soon as I woke up the next morning, they had replied requesting some information. I provided what they needed and, without batting an eye, they proceeded to send me the parts I broke (two pieces). Very thoughtful. It arrived quickly even though it came from Japan to the US and fit perfectly. This is probably one of my best experiences with customer service ever, in my life. I can now leave my Nendoroid standing up and I will definitely be more careful with it from now on.Also, I'll definitely be purchasing from them again, not only because of how much they clearly care about their customers, but because of the product itself. Since I'd never bought one before, I thought it was a bit expensive (my boyfriend collects Funkos and this was my initial comparison), but upon examining my first one, I think it's more than fair. They come with so many accessories, different faces, legs, arms, items, little parts. Everything moves, it's all articulated and you can put them in any position or outfit of your dreams. It's a very good deal.I can't say anything bad about Good Smile Company or Nendoroids. I am extremely satisfied and happy. I can only say thank you.
