I almost don't want to write this review because I don't want to see the quantity on this go down too rapidly. I am a pretty big jerky snob (nothing but the finest dried meat for this guy), and I gotta say that this is really good, and at the price, really, really good. The flavor has enough kick to make it interesting and is not terribly salty. There is a hint of soy on the front end to add a bit of sweet, but some peppery/Worcestershire on the back to give a little zing. Like I said, really good and will definitely be ordering again.
