200人以上を誇る氷帝学園中等部テニス部の頂点に立つ男、攻撃的なオールラウンドプレイヤー。青学メンバーを差し置いていち早く発売、早い段階でライバル校の登場です。表情パーツ交換の際前髪を外しますが、ややきつめで最近の寒さの関係で収縮の可能性があります。本体のPVC素材は気温の変化にも影響することが考えられますので購入後は各部のチェックは行うようにしています。今回も3種類の表情が楽しめます。自信に満ちあふれた表情は跡部景吾の名に恥じない出来。愛用の水色のラケットと組み合わせてのプレイ再現もイメージ通り。交換ハンドパーツは平手で両腕を下ろした状態、右手でラケットを持つ（角度違い2種類）、一輪の薔薇持ち用（右手）、「インサイト」を連想させる左手の計6種類。左右に使える膝を曲げた脚もあります。先に発売された越前リョーマと同様にテニスボール（可動支柱付き）、腰の部分はジョイント接続、大きく動かせませんがあるとないとでは大違い。何とも形容しがたい紫系の髪の塗装はとても丁寧で髪のはね具合も良く特徴をとらえています。今回の目玉は「跡部王国」（キングダム）再現用の透明プラシート付属、ご丁寧に表面保護シート付き。気になった所ではリョーマに比べてリストバンドがない分、ポージングの幅は限定されますが彼に対する思い入れが深ければ問題ないのかもしれません。
