I noticed immediately that the unit was not sent to me in the original packaging but in a plastic bag in an Amazon box. Maybe returned by another customer, packaged “well enough”and shipped off to me. One plastic piece on the unit was broken off. After plugging it in the device I haven’t been able to turn it on, never mind adjust the air output or heat.A couple of remarks: the instructions were I think originally written in Korean, then badly translated into English. One of the warnings is not to use it in a humid environment, like a BATHROOM! (I’m not kidding!) I plan on using it after a shower. Is this just a way to void any warranty claim? It also warns against using it on a pet! (I wasn’t intending to, but it’s advertisement shows a woman drying a long haired puppy and part of the product description promotes its use a pet dryerI have been waiting for a body dryer forever. My only complaint is the heater could be a bit warmer. I can live with it.Does what it’s supposed to- dries up all the excess moisture it takes towels forever to absorb
